Bruce and Glenn founded our company at the turn of the century after years of serving the construction industries. The company focuses on:

Glenn is our primary home inspector. He has performed over TEN THOUSAND inspections. A full time inspector since 2001 - you want his MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest - a father to three beautiful daughters - he is licensed by the State of Washington as a Home Inspector (License #424) and by the Washington State Department of Agriculture as a Structural Pest Inspector (License #64237).
Bruce is now retired and enjoying the memories of all the wonderful people he met doing inspections for over 15 years. Having lived in the South Puget Sound for the better part of the last 50 years, he has been serving your needs for a lifetime.
Annette is likely who you will talk to when you call. She also goes to most inspections as an "extra" set of eyes looking for any problems. After all, FOUR EYES looking for problems are better than TWO.
Personal attention to each job ---
Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire inspection. We usually assign more than one person to your inspection (more eyes looking for problems means you are better protected).
